Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your record purchase. Please contact us if you want to return it, and we'll let you know the safest way to return it. 

Under UK law you have the right to cancel for any reason, on orders over £42, within 14 days of your order. Please let us know you are returning it, and try to return the order to us in the same packaging we sent it to you, for protection from damage of the record, and pay for shipping yourself. We will refund the entire original order amount.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll refund within 14 days, and will let you know the refund has been sent. Please remember, sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
